Thank you for purchasing at Blacktop! We take pride in the quality of our parts, and if your part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will send you a free replacement part. Please review the following terms for our replacement warranty.
Warranty Details:
Coverage:
This warranty covers the replacement of defective parts caused by manufacturing defects only.
The warranty is valid within 1 year from the original purchase date.
The part must have been used according to its intended purpose and installed correctly, following the product guidelines.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damages due to improper installation, misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
Parts that have been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel are not eligible for replacement.
Shipping Charges:
We will cover the cost of the replacement part.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to receive the replacement part.
Proof of Defect:
No need to return the defective part.
We ask that you provide clear proof (e.g., photos, videos) showing the part is defective.
How to Request a Replacement:

- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Clear evidence of the defective part (e.g., photos or videos showing the issue)
Replacement Approval:
Once we review your submission and verify the defect, we will approve the replacement and send the new part to your address.
Shipping the Replacement:
We will ship the replacement part to you at no charge.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with receiving the replacement.
Customer Acknowledgment:
By submitting a warranty claim, you agree to the following terms:
- You confirm that the part is defective due to a manufacturing issue and not due to misuse or mishandling.
- You agree to cover any shipping costs for receiving the replacement part.:
Warranty Limitations & Unauthorized Resellers
Blacktop Products & Design products are covered under warranty only when purchased directly from us or through an authorized reseller.
We do not accept warranty claims from or on behalf of:

Third parties who were not the original purchaser through a verified sales channel
If you purchased your product through an unauthorized seller, your warranty is void and we are unable to provide support, exchanges, or replacements.
If a third-party reseller offers to return or exchange the product through us, that request will be denied.
